Direct Thermal Self Adhesive Range
Use - Retail purposes, Logistics and Mail
Direct thermal paper labels are widely used in weighing scales for re-packing of foodstuff. Recommended for the retail business as price and weight labels for groceries
and meat packages on supermarket shelves.
Direct Thermal Barrier Coated
Ideal for industrial, retail and deli labelling applications
• Barrier-coated on top and reverse sides
• Smudge proof, with good scratch resistance
• Excellent resistance to oil, plasticizers and water
• Well-protected against chemicals, mechanical stress and high humidity
• Recommended for applications requiring durability and environmental resistance
Direct Thermal ECO versions for short term labels
Ideal for retail applications, including point-of-sale price marking

Durability and versatility are imperative features for a food label. In the food industry
there are stringent criteria which a label has to meet: application to cold and moist surfaces, contact with fatty substances and oil, and storage at deep freeze
temperatures. Therefore, the type of packaging and storage can determine the
choice of labelling materials. Polypropylene and polyethylene films and papers are available for all types of food packaging.

Wine Labels
An excellent selection of products to match and enhance the appearance of the most prestigious wine bottles. The first-class wine label range not only includes a
variety of natural papers such as laid, textured or embossed, white or ivory
colours and matt and white finishes, but also gloss coated and bright
metallised papers as well as clear films creating a perfect "no label-look" effect.
Part of this range include labels for bottles which are to remain immersed in wet and cold conditions over a period of time, such as white wine and champagne bottles kept in ice-buckets.
Beverages
Labels for the beverages meet tough quality standards, as many beverages may be exposed to cold temperatures and moist environmental conditions. Labels for such products offer high adhesion at all times. The face materials also combine a superior aesthetic appearance with specific technical specifications, such as dispensing qualities.
This can be achieved by the use of transparent films which will also withstand the pasteurization process, thus are resistant to whitening.

Label security on tyre profiles
The Tyre Range consists of three different products:
• Top coated polypropylene film,
• Top coated thermal paper and
• Paper laminated with aluminium foil – this version is especially conformable to the irregular tyre shape.
These products have been developed to meet the stringent requirements of labelling the irregular rubber profiles of tyres which are exposed to surface contaminants, such as mould release agents. They are designed to withstand the brutal treatment experienced during the storage, transport and fitting of the tyre.
Whilst originally developed for secure and durable labelling of vehicle tyres, these products are also ideal for applications on other substrates which normally provide a significant challenge for normal label products:

• Low surface contact area materials
• Very low surface energy plastics

Households
& Chemicals
Perfect label adhesion is of great importance as the information attached has to resist harsh environments.
Our range of labels for this market sector is designed to adhere to plastics materials with a very low surface energy and with contoured rough surfaces. Most of the Household containers are typically made of such materials.
Within this range, we have labels which withstand extreme environmental conditions such as extreme temperature conditions, resistance to high humidity levels, and UV.
HEalth & Beauty Products
For a wide variety of applications where visual appearance is of utmost importance, such as cosmetics, perfumes or body care products.
A wide range of materials for the labelling of hair, bath and shower and perfume packaging, which are able to withstand challenging application requirements: these include flexible containers, frequent contact with water, chemicals and oily substances and very good adhesion on PE and PP bottles.
Some of our labels are intended for containers which need to be repeatedly
squeezed during their use, such as bath foam products, shampoos and toothpaste tubes.
